What are your collars and leashes made of?
Our accessories are handcrafted in Morocco from genuine cowhide leather, chosen for its suppleness and durability. Each piece may exhibit slight natural variations, a testament to its authenticity.

Are the products comfortable for animals?
Yes, leather softens over time. We ensure that it remains soft, robust, and comfortable to wear, even on a daily basis.

Do you offer personalized products?

2. Delivery & Ordering

Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Morocco via Amana, as well as internationally.
Orders are shipped from our workshop in Casablanca within 1 to 3 business days.

What are the delivery charges?
The fees are calculated automatically at the checkout according to the destination.
Free delivery may be offered during certain promotions.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or message containing the tracking number.

Can I return an item?
Yes, within 3 days of receipt, if the item has not been used.
Personalized products cannot be returned.

How do I request a return?

How do I care for my collar or leash?
• Gently clean the leather with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
• Avoid prolonged contact with water.
• Nourish the leather every 3 to 6 months with a natural cream or balm.
• Avoid direct heat and chemicals.

Does leather change color over time?
Yes, leather is a living material: it naturally develops a patina and becomes even more beautiful with use.

What should I do if my necklace gets wet?
Wipe it gently and then let it air dry, away from sunlight or a heat source.
